Inspired by her multicultural roots, Dutch chef and herbalist Amalia Taleï brought Lait De Choco to life in her small Amsterdam kitchen. Crafting hand-made, plant-based bonbons, Taleï's creations quickly gained a devoted following of niche chocolate lovers from around the globe.
Rooted in her own challenging upbringing, Taleï's passion project turned business embodies her soul and commitment to brightening lives with gift-worthy gems. Lait De Choco, pronounced as 'leh deh choh-koh', draws inspiration from Lait De Coco, French for coconut milk. While it doesn't directly translate to chocolate milk, it encapsulates our playful spirit and essence.
