We dispatch your order every Wednesday and Thursday. During peak periods (such as Christmas and holidays) this may differ but this is always communicated.

All orders are shipped with priority which means the process time is 1 working day for the Netherlands and 3 to 5 working days for Europe.

Delays beyond our control are our couriers responsibility, we cannot be held responsible for that.

If you receive a faulty product you may exchange it for a new one or a full refund.

The refund will take place within 5 working days and will be transferred the same way the payment was made.

Chocolate: Always consume within the best-before date. Your chocolate(s) don't need refrigeration unless it's 27 degrees and up indoors. Don't expose them to direct sunlight, store in the same packaging it comes with or air-sealed in a cool and dark place.

Nut Butters & Spreads: Always consume within the best-before date. After opening consume within a few weeks at room temperature or store in the fridge for more longevity. However seductive, we advise against scooping with the same utensils repeatedly. Mouth-bacteria will interfere with the stability and might make it go rancid.

Other: Always consume and use within the best-before date. All 'other' products are best stored at room temperature/a dry and dark place. Make sure they are air-sealed/closed properly after every use.

We don't use artificial or refined sugars. We primarily use coconut blossom, date syrup or occasionally agave syrup. You can always find the ingredients on the product label and product description.
