ORDERS & SHIPPING

We dispatch your order within 2-4 business days after it has been placed, usually on Wednesdays and Thursdays. During peak periods (such as Christmas and holidays) we ask you to order in advance due to high volume of orders.

All orders are shipped with priority which means the process time is 1 working day for the Netherlands and 3 to 5 working days for Europe.

Delays beyond our control are our couriers responsibility, we cannot be held responsible for that.

You will receive a tracking link sent to the contact information your provided during checkout.

As of current, we ship all throughout Europe, the shipping cost are subject to change and will be calculated during check-out.

If you receive a faulty product you may exchange it for a new one or a full refund.

The refund will take place within 5 working days and will be transferred the same way the payment was made.

Please e-mail us with a photo at hello@laitdechoco.com within 3 days of arrival. Add the subject 'DAMAGED', so we can arrange your order to be shipped again a.s.a.p!

We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders €50 & up within Holland. For the rest of Europe, your order will be shipped free of charge once you reach €70 & up in total purchase value.
