Rooted in her Iranian heritage, every creation is fragrant, layered and steeped in memory, resulting in chocolates meant to be felt as much as they are tasted.
From her tiny kitchen to collaborations with celebrated brands, Amalia’s craft has grown in scale and resonance, earning her recognition on Forbes 30 Under 30. A testament to the poetry she brings to chocolate, turning indulgence into a sensory experience that lingers long after the last bite.
In 2023, Lait de Choco opened its Amsterdam atelier, where tradition meets innovation.
