We dispatch your order within 1-2 business days after it has been placed and you can follow it via the tracking link.

During peak periods (such as Christmas and holidays) this may take longer, however we always communicate this.

Delays beyond our control are our couriers responsibility, we cannot be held responsible for that.

By default, you can only return your product if you receive a faulty product. Please e-mail us at hello@laitdechoco.com with a picture attached. You may exchange it for a new one or a full refund.

The refund will take place within 5 working days and will be transferred the same way the payment was made.

Chocolate: Always consume within the best-before date, you always get a 2-month shelf life guarantee. Your chocolate(s) don't need refrigeration unless it's 27 degrees and up indoors. Don't expose them to direct sunlight, store in the same packaging it comes with or air-sealed in a cool and dark place.

Other: Always consume and use within the best-before date. All 'other' products are best stored at room temperature/a dry and dark place. Make sure they are air-sealed/closed properly after every use.
