We're excited to invite you to our chocolate workshop, hosted with limited spots  and open to our community. Slip into your coziest outfit and spend an afternoon crafting and exploring the world of chocolate. In this intimate, hands-on experience, you'll create a personalized box of 8 custom chocolate bouchées (40gr each) in our signature ellipse shape, guided by our founder.

What’s included:

  • Aprons at the atelier.
  • Specialty, silky smooth hot chocolate.
  • The art of crafting chocolate from raw ingredients including a tasting, exploring cacao from origin to bean to bar and learning how to temper chocolate.
  • Craft a personalised selection of 8 custom bonbons in our signature ellipse shape, of 40GR each to take home. With a shelf life of 3 months, your chocolates will be perfect for sharing with loved ones or indulging in on your own!

There will be freshly handcrafted dark chocolate. We'll walk you through the entire chocolate-making process, and then you'll get to create your own chocolates. You'll have a variety of fillings and toppings to choose from, all enhanced with health benefits.

Fun Workshop!

Very fun hours spent on this workshop. It was great to learn more about the process of making chocolate and also how the bonbons are made at Lait de Choco. The whole process of making the bonbons was kind of relaxing and meditative and the bonbons taste amazing! Would love to come back for other chocolate related workshops!
